Pack Charcoal Disks


Use Charcoal on a fire proof dish.  (optional: hold using charcoal tongs) – Using a lighter, match or candle flame, carefully light your charcoal until you see it ‘activate’ by crackling and popping noises.  This could take up to 30 seconds.  Allow your charcoal time to heat up, then you can begin to please small amounts of reason or herbs onto your charcoal to burn. (optional: palo santo chips and charcoal tongs)
